• Hotel Accommodation: Cancellation and refund policies for hotel accommodations are governed by the respective hotel's policy.
• Event Registrations: Event registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, you may be able to transfer your registration to another person.
• Other Services: Cancellation and refund policies for other services will be clearly indicated on the Site or communicated to you separately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
